Abby Lubbock

Associate Attorney

Abby Lubbock, an Associate Attorney at Bryant Law PC, is a proud South Texas native. Born and raised in Falls City, Texas, Abby carries the values of hard work, integrity, and community instilled by her small-town upbringing into every case she handles.

After earning her Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University, Abby attended the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor.

Since beginning her legal career, Abby has focused her practice on civil litigation, representing clients in matters involving business, real estate, construction, and consumer-debt collection. She has established herself as a trusted advisor and advocate for creditors across Texas, with significant experience in creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and collection litigation.

At Bryant Law PC, Abby has successfully resolved numerous cases involving fraud and real estate disputes, achieving favorable outcomes for the firm’s clients through her diligence and strategic approach.

Abby is an active member of the National Creditors Bar Association, the San Antonio Federal Bar Association, and the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association.
