David M. Bell

Primary Attorney

David Bell is a seasoned attorney at Bryant Law PC, focusing his practice on environmental, administrative, and title law matters related to property ownership and development throughout Texas. He represents landowners, mineral owners, and surface users in complex disputes involving surface use, mineral rights, easements, and title issues, as well as environmental and regulatory matters affecting property rights and resource management.

David’s work includes advising clients on title curative actions, environmental compliance, and administrative proceedings, as well as litigating property and oil and gas matters in both state and federal courts. His practical approach and ability to navigate the intersection of land, energy, and environmental law make him a trusted advocate for clients facing intricate and high-stakes issues.

A San Antonio native and alumnus of the Texas Military Institute, David earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee before obtaining his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
