James Dyches is a second generation Texas Lawyer, and a graduate of St. Mary's School of Law where he founded a Personal Injury student interest organization. During his career as a licensed attorney James has represented clients in all manner of civil litigation including personal injuries, breach of contract claims, real estate ownereship and easement disputes, contested probates, evictions, divorces, and child custody. A former asistant district attorney in Bexar County, James' experience also entails the successful prosecuion of thousands of criminal misdemeanors. In private practice, James has achieved dismissals of serious felony criminal charges against clients who were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now, James brings his varied legal background to work for our clients, providing aggressive and high level strategy to secure the best outcome possible under the circumstances.
