Primary Attorney
James Dyches is a second-generation Texas attorney and the primary transactional attorney at Bryant Law PC. A graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he founded a student organization focused on personal injury law, James brings a diverse and seasoned perspective to his practice.
Over the course of his career, James has represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation and transactional matters, including personal injury claims, breach of contract disputes, real estate ownership and easement conflicts, contested probates, evictions, divorces, and child custody proceedings. His broad background allows him to approach every case with a comprehensive understanding of both litigation and preventative legal strategy.
Before entering private practice, James served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bexar County, where he successfully prosecuted thousands of criminal misdemeanor cases. In private practice, he has obtained dismissals of serious felony charges for clients who were wrongfully accused, demonstrating his commitment to justice and client advocacy.
At Bryant Law PC, James now focuses on transactional law, applying his litigation experience to structure agreements, resolve disputes, and safeguard clients’ business and personal interests. His approach combines strategic foresight and assertive representation to achieve the best possible outcomes under any circumstance.
