Primary Attorney
Ling Han is an experienced attorney at Bryant Law PC, bringing over a decade of diverse legal experience to the firm. Her background includes extensive work in criminal, family, probate, and civil litigation, as well as years of service as an Assistant District Attorney for Bexar County. Ling’s unique combination of prosecutorial insight and defense-side experience enables her to navigate complex cases with precision, strategy, and fairness.
Before joining Bryant Law PC, Ling served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bexar County, where she represented the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) from intake through final orders and worked in the misdemeanor trial division, managing all aspects of trial preparation and courtroom litigation.
Ling began her career as a Law Clerk with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, assisting with case management and client intake, and previously served with the State Commission on Judicial Conduct, where she investigated and researched judicial ethics complaints.
Her broad litigation experience, strong advocacy skills, and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the Bryant Law PC team and to the firm’s clients across Texas.
