Louis T. Rosenberg brings over 45 years of legal experience to Bryant Law PC, serving as Of Counsel to the firm. Throughout his distinguished career, he has represented a wide range of clients, including water districts, groundwater districts, investor-owned water companies, municipalities, and rural water corporations across Texas and numerous other states, including Alabama, Ohio, North Carolina, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, South Dakota, and Tennessee.

For the past two decades, the Law Offices of Louis T. Rosenberg, P.C. has served as both general and special counsel to public districts, providing strategic guidance and litigation support in matters involving water law, public governance, and utility regulation. Lou’s deep understanding of administrative and regulatory frameworks has made him a trusted advisor to both public entities and private organizations.

A graduate of Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science in Government, Lou also earned a Master’s degree from American University in Washington, D.C., and attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.

Before beginning his legal career, Lou served with distinction in the United States Army, where he was stationed at Fort Wainwright, Alaska; the Old Guard at Fort Myer, Virginia; and with the 25th Infantry Division in Vietnam. He completed five years of active duty in 1968, separating as a Captain.
