Shelli L. Baker is a native Texas, residing in Wilson County.  She draws on 11 years experience from USDA, Farmers Home Administration (now Rural Development) and Texas Cooperative Extension Service. Ms. Baker’ has 27 years of Paralegal experience, including experience in extensive litigation and administrative water law proceedings, attending court hearings, document drafting, estate planning, attending probate court hearings, notarizing and performs other assignments/research. Ms. Baker has also successfully completed the Paralegal Certificate Program – Professional Development Institute University of North Texas earning her certification as a Paralegal. 

In her free time, Ms. Baker enjoys spending time with her family.  Ms. Baker is was a long-standing participant and board member of the Wilson County Junior Livestock Association and partakes in multiple Wilson County community activities.
